Just a few words…

AKA Microfiction Monday over at Susan’s place.

This week’s photo & my very short story (which I admit isn’t all that good, but what do you expect from less than 140 characters?):

The day after their Christmas party, the other horsemen of the apocalypse wondered why Famine still had on his stupid-looking party hat.

Well, it was good enough to send me into a wheezing coughing fit!

What a great take on it (the four horsemen of the Apocalypse have a Christmas party?–well who DOESN’T have one? ROFLMAO!)

The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse and the Christmas Party, I guess Famine was the Party Animal of the Group.

    Great take on Susan’s Picture.

Not good? Are you kidding? This is the funniest one yet!

Just the thought of the 4 Horsemen partying brought on the giggles. Well done!

Thank you all for the compliments and kind words!

I feel I need to explain myself a bit though: I liked my own idea of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse having a rowdy Christmas party; I just wasn’t happy with the words I found myself using. I rewrote those 140 characters lots of times before finally giving in and settling for the one I used.

Oh Susan, you are truly fiendish to make us do this… (On the plus side, I already have some ideas for next week, and might even write 2.)
