Wanted: guest posters and interviewees
Although my next major work deadline isn’t for another couple of months, I’m actually planning ahead for this blog, for once.
I know that already that during May and June, my Technical Writing Tuesdays posts will be going fortnightly instead of weekly. I’ll probably not have any Work in Progress posts either as I’ll be busy with ‘real’ (i.e. paid) work.
So. I’m looking for guest posters! Please get in touch through my contact form if you’re interested in putting together at 500-1,000 word post on a writing-related topic of your choice (writing tips, book reviews, personal opinions). Let me know when you’d have time to do it (although I’m hoping to get a few fairly soon that I can schedule (probably to fill in my blank Tuesdays) instead of posting as I get them) and what your subject might be. And please please please put ‘Guest posting’ or something similar in the subject line of your message!
I’m also putting together a set of interview questions, and I’m looking for suckers volunteers to answer them. There’ll be a number of questions and you’ll be able to answer whichever ones you prefer; I might even do throw in some multiple choice. I may post the list up once I’ve figured it out so it can be filled in online (depending on how organised I am). I’m aiming to post one interview a month, probably mid-month, but if I get lots of gullible interested participants, I may do them more frequently.
